Acupuncture Urbana (Urban Acupuncture) is a social business whose mission is to transform public spaces in an active and participatory way that also transforms human relations through collective spaces. They do this by strengthening relationships that encourage civil society to play a leading role in building a more humane city.

“Acupuncture” because the people’s  needle is affection. “Urban” because citizens co-exist with all the beauties and challenges of the city. They are agents of transformation of relationships and spaces in the city working towards the design of products and services that promote better places to live, work, and have fun.
