Housing Solutions Lab
The Housing Solutions Lab at the NYU Furman Center helps small and midsize cities plan, launch, and evaluate evidence-based local housing policies that advance racial equity; increase access to opportunity; and improve long-term health and wellbeing for residents.
The Lab provides cities with data, policy tools, and access to technical assistance. Creating opportunities for housing leaders to share ideas to help solve local housing problems is a core component of the Lab’s work to support, highlight, and evaluate innovative practice.
