Abriendo Datos Costa Rica
Abriendo Datos Costa Rica (ADCR – Civil Society for Opening Data in Costa Rica) is a non-profit citizen organization created to promote and develop initiatives that promote the opening and use of data as tools to ensure compliance with the Right of Access to Public Information as a precursor of citizen participation within the framework of an Open Government.
Through collaboration with a variety of civil organizations and citizens’ collectives, ADCR expands the possibilities of alliances and publicly shares the knowledge gained in the process.
