Decidim
The Decidim Free Software Association is a digital platform for citizen participation. They seek to contribute to the democratization of society through the construction of open source technology, methodologies, practices, standards, actions, narratives, and values to empower citizens in a free, open, collaborative and reflective way.
Decidim can be used in public or private organizations, with hundreds or thousands of potential participants, such as a city councils, associations, universities, NGOs, trade unions, neighborhood associations or cooperatives. People can configure spaces for participation (initiatives, assemblies, processes or consultations) and enrich them through multiple available components such as face-to-face meetings, surveys, proposals, voting, follow-up of results, comments and more.
